Fettuccine with chicken and vegetables — a tasty pasta dish made with sliced chicken breast and your choice of vegetables. The sauce is finished with cream and cheese.
Ingredients
- Sliced boneless chicken breast
- Chicken seasoning
- Mixed spices
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Finely chopped onion
- Minced garlic
- Sliced mushrooms
- Vegetables such as carrots, corn, peas, etc., as desired
- Sliced olives — optional
- Cooking cream
- Mozzarella cheese
- Fettuccine pasta
- Oil or butter

Method
- Boil the pasta.. add a little oil and salt to the water.... when it is cooked, drain it and set aside
- Fry the chicken cut into thin strips in corn oil or butter with the spices until cooked, then set it aside
- Sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil until it softens, then add the garlic, mushrooms, and the rest of the vegetables you want to add according to taste
- When the vegetables are cooked.. add the chicken over the vegetables, then the cream
- When the cream boils, add the pasta, stir briefly, and turn off the heat
- Add the cheese and the sliced olives immediately and stir until the cheese melts and is evenly distributed
- Serve the fettuccine with chicken and vegetables hot
