Fettuccine with chicken and vegetables — a tasty pasta dish made with sliced chicken breast and your choice of vegetables. The sauce is finished with cream and cheese.

Ingredients:

Sliced boneless chicken breast

Chicken seasoning

Mixed spices

Black pepper

Salt

Finely chopped onion

Minced garlic

Sliced mushrooms

Vegetables such as carrots, corn, peas, etc., as desired

Sliced olives — optional

Cooking cream

Mozzarella cheese

Fettuccine pasta

Oil or butter

Method:

Cook the pasta. Add a little oil and salt to the boiling water. When done, drain and set aside.
Fry the sliced chicken in vegetable oil or butter with the seasonings until cooked, then set aside.
Sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil until soft, then add the garlic, mushrooms and any other vegetables you are using.
When the vegetables are cooked, add the chicken on top and pour in the cream.
When the cream comes to a simmer, add the pasta, toss briefly, and remove from the heat.
Add the cheese and sliced olives, stir until the cheese melts and is evenly distributed.
Serve the fettuccine with chicken and vegetables hot.
