Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon cooking mustard
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
- Pinch of mahleb (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger or ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon chicken sauce (optional)
- Salt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Maggi cube, herb-flavored
- 1 cup oats

Method
- Grind the chicken meat well in an electric grinder, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties of the desired size.
- Prepare two sheets of plastic wrap and place each chicken burger ball on one sheet, cover with the second sheet, and press with the bottom of a plate with a suitable round base or any suitable object to form round burger discs.
- You can freeze the burger patties for up to two weeks, not more.
- Grease a baking tray with oil, place the patties on it, and brush the tops with a little oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven, browning them from top and bottom.
- When they are cooked, place slices of cheese on top and wait for them to melt, then remove from the oven or fry them in a skillet according to preference.
- Serve the burgers with potato wedges or fries.
