Ingredients
- 2 cups warm milk
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 500 g flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 60 g soft butter, at room temperature

Method
- Mix the milk with the yeast, sugar, and egg well.
- In another bowl, mix the flour and cocoa powder, then add them to the first mixture and knead well until the dough comes together.
- Add the butter to the dough and knead well to get a soft dough that is not firm.
- Cover and leave it in a warm place for half an hour to rest.
- After the time has passed, divide it into balls.
- Roll each ball out into a circle, fill it with a piece of chocolate, and close it back into a ball.
- Place the balls in a buttered pyrex dish or tray, leaving some space between each one.
- Let them rest for 15 minutes before putting them in the oven.Timers: 15 min
- Place the tray in a very hot oven on the middle rack and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the strength of the oven.Timers: 20 min
- When done, remove the chocolate-filled honeycomb bread from the oven and immediately pour the liquid chocolate sauce over the top.
