Ingredients:

2 cups warm milk 1 tablespoon yeast 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 500 g flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 60 g soft butter, at room temperature Chocolate pieces for the filling Liquid chocolate for decoration

Preparation:

Mix the milk with the yeast, sugar, and egg well.
In another bowl, mix the flour and cocoa powder, then add them to the first mixture and knead well until the dough comes together.
Add the butter to the dough and knead well to get a soft dough that is not firm.
Cover and leave it in a warm place for half an hour to rest.
After the time has passed, divide it into balls.
Roll each ball out into a circle, fill it with a piece of chocolate, and close it back into a ball.
Place the balls in a buttered pyrex dish or tray, leaving some space between each one.
Let them rest for 15 minutes before putting them in the oven.
Place the tray in a very hot oven on the middle rack and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the strength of the oven.
When done, remove the chocolate-filled honeycomb bread from the oven and immediately pour the liquid chocolate sauce over the top.
Serve the chocolate honeycomb bread immediately or at room temperature.
