Choco Prince or Lazy Cake
Choco Prince or Lazy Cake is an easy, no-bake cake. You can add nuts like walnuts and almonds for extra richness, or keep the cocoa flavor with biscuits and a rich chocolate sauce on top.

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup oil or butter
- a dash of vanilla
- plain biscuits - amount as desired
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee (optional)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- nuts such as walnuts and almonds (optional)
- Sauce
- cocoa
- sweetened condensed milk
- 1 coffee cup water

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put all the ingredients, except the biscuits, on the heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens
- Set the mixture aside to cool slightly, then add the biscuits broken by hand into small pieces. At this stage you can add nuts if desired
- Mix well and place the mixture in a mold lined with cling film for easy serving
- Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 4 hoursTimers: 240 min
- Meanwhile prepare the sauce: mix sweetened condensed milk with cocoa and add a little water
- Put the sauce ingredients over heat and stir until heated and combined
- Let the sauce cool
- Invert the mold onto a serving plate and remove the cling film from the top
- Spread the sauce over the top of the cake and return the Choco Prince (Lazy Cake) to the refrigerator until serving
