Choco Prince or Lazy Cake... Easy to make and does not require an oven

Ingredients:

\r\n

1 cup milk\r\n1 cup sugar\r\n1/2 cup cocoa powder\r\n1/4 cup oil or butter

\r\n

A pinch of vanilla

\r\n

Plain biscuits - amount to taste

\r\n

1 tablespoon instant coffee - optional\r\n1/4 cup shredded coconut - optional

\r\n

Nuts such as walnuts and almonds - optional

\r\n

Sauce:

\r\n

Cocoa powder

\r\n

Sweetened condensed milk

\r\n

1 cup water

\r\n \r\n

Preparation:

\r\n

Place all ingredients, except the biscuits, on the stove and stir until the mixture thickens.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the hand-cut biscuits into small pieces. At this point you can add nuts as desired.
Mix well and press into a mold lined with plastic wrap for easy serving.
Chill the mold in the fridge for about 4 hours.
Prepare the sauce meanwhile by mixing sweetened condensed milk with cocoa and adding a little water.
Cook the sauce on the stove, stirring until warmed and combined.
Let the sauce cool.
Invert the mold onto a serving plate and remove the plastic wrap from the top.
Spread the sauce over the top and return the cake to the fridge until serving.
