Asian-style chicken with coconut milk and curry — very flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Whole chicken breasts with bone, quantity as desired
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 dry onion
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Chili or hot pepper to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Wash the chicken breasts well and rub them with tahini and lemon
  2. In a wide pan, add the chicken and fry it in oil until cooked
  3. Set the chicken aside and sauté the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic
  4. Return the chicken to the pan, stir with the onion and garlic, and add the assorted spices
  5. Add the coconut milk and let the mixture simmer over low heat until fully cooked, about 20 minutes
