  • Olive oil + vegetable oil
  • Chicken shawarma spice blend
  • Salt
  • Tomato sauce
  • Paprika

Method

  1. After washing the chicken well, cut it lengthwise into strips suitable for chicken shawarma...
  2. Mix all the spices with the yogurt, the cherry tomatoes, and the crushed garlic cloves.
  3. Let the chicken soak in the marinade in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
  4. Place the chicken with its marinade in an ovenproof baking tray and put the tray in a preheated oven for about 1 hour at 180°C...
  5. Be sure to baste the chicken with the juices or sauce it produces during roasting to keep it moist and prevent it from drying out and becoming tough.
