Ingredients
- 1 tub cream cheese
- 1 tub spreadable cheese
- a pinch white pepper
- a sprinkle of cheddar cheese
- 1 finely chopped pepper
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup finely crushed crackers
- Lay out plastic wrap, sprinkle a little orange cheddar on it, then pour the cheese mixture and sprinkle the remaining cheddar over it
- Wrap the plastic tightly and compress the cheese, then wrap plastic layers in opposite directions around the cheese disk
- Tie it tightly with a thin string and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- When the cheese firms up, carefully and slowly remove the plastic wrap.
- Garnish with a strip of red pepper and serve with salted biscuits or crackers

Method
- Remove the pith and seeds from the red pepper, then wrap it carefully in paper towels and plastic wrap and set aside.
- Blend the different cheeses in the electric mixer until smooth and homogeneous.
- Add the red pepper, green onions, cornstarch, and crushed crackers to the cheese mixture and mix all ingredients well with a little cheddar cheese.
- Lay out plastic wrap, sprinkle a little orange cheddar on it, then pour the cheese mixture and sprinkle the remaining cheddar over it.
- Wrap the plastic tightly and compress the cheese, then wrap plastic layers in opposite directions around the cheese disk.
- Tie it tightly with a thin string and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
