  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon seven-spice blend
  • 1 teaspoon finely ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried coriander
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 eggs

Method

  1. Cut the cauliflower and boil it in water until tender, then drain it well and place it in a bowl and mash it.
  2. Add the spices, flour, eggs, garlic, parsley, onion, and flour to the boiled and mashed cauliflower and mix well.
  3. Using a spoon, shape the cauliflower mixture and the rest of the ingredients into patties, then fry them in plenty of hot oil, turning them on both sides until cooked through.
  4. When the cauliflower fritters are golden on both sides, remove them from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain.
  5. Serve the cauliflower fritters with green salad for a complete meal.
