Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup coarse semolina
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 sachet instant cream powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 container (170 g) yogurt
- For the topping:
- Pakistani vermicelli, broken into small pieces
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Method
- Mix the dry ingredients together: semolina, powdered milk, shredded coconut, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry mixture and mix well.
- Grease a baking pan with tahini, pour the batter into the pan, then sprinkle the vermicelli on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.Timers: 30 min
