Ingredients

- Ground pistachios
- African red palm oil (palm oil)
- Cooked beef, cut into cubes
- Chopped onion
- Diced carrots
- Diced sweet potato
- Shredded cabbage

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Heat the oil in a pan, then add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
- Add the carrots, cabbage, and sweet potato and stir with the onion until they soften.
- Add the cooked meat, then the ground pistachios and stir; then add the cooked beef stock or water as desired.
- Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce the heat and let the vegetables simmer until tender.
- When the oil floats to the surface of the pot, the stew is ready.
- Serve the pistachio stew with red palm oil alongside white rice.
