Creamy Pasta with Cream and Pesto

Ingredients

- 250 g pasta
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 mushrooms
- 1/4 kg boneless chicken breast, cubed or sliced
- 1 cup cooking cream
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 3 tablespoons pesto
- 1/2 cup water
Method

- In a wide skillet, sauté the onion in a little oil and cook until soft. Add the garlic and mushrooms and sauté until they soften as well. Add the chicken pieces and cook until done. Add the flour and continue stirring, then finally add the cream and water. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.Timers: 5 min
- Then add the pesto sauce and the pasta and let them simmer for about another 5 minutes before removing the creamy pesto pasta from the heat.
