In a wide skillet, sauté the onion in a little oil and cook until soft. Add the garlic and mushrooms and sauté until they soften as well. Add the chicken pieces and cook until done. Add the flour and continue stirring, then finally add the cream and water. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
