Ingredients

  • One box of fettuccine pasta
  • 1 kg boneless chicken
  • 3 onions
  • 7 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Ready-made basil (pesto) sauce
  • Mixed spices
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method

  1. Season the chicken after washing it well, sprinkle the spices on it and leave the chicken in the marinade for two hours...
  2. Then sauté the chopped onion and crushed garlic; when the onion and garlic soften, add the chicken pieces and stir them with the onion and garlic.
  3. Finally add the butter.
  4. Meanwhile, cook and drain the pasta, add it on top of the chicken and mix all the ingredients with the basil sauce; you can add Parmesan cheese to taste.
