Kinder Bueno Cake

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • 1 pack Digestive biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Kinder Bueno chocolate
  • 2 packets Dream Whip
  • 1/2 can Nestlé sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pack qimeer clotted cream
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Nescafé (instant coffee) + 2 sachets gelatin + warm water
  • strawberries or mixed berries for decoration

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuits and soft Kinder chocolate, then press the mixture into the pan and compact it.
  2. Place the pan in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
    Timers: 15 min
  3. Meanwhile, whip the Dream Whip and then mix it with the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and cream.
  4. In a cup, dissolve the Nescafé and gelatin in warm water and stir well so the gelatin does not set too quickly.
  5. Add the gelatin mixture to the cream mixture and whip well; if the mixture is too thick, add a very small amount of water and continue whipping.
  6. Spread the cream mixture over the biscuit layer in the pan.
  7. Decorate with fruits like strawberries and berries and Kinder chocolate, then refrigerate the Kinder cake for enough time until it sets well and cools.
  8. Top with crème caramel when serving.
