No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake

A no-bake biscuit cake that needs some time in the fridge to set, but aside from that it’s an easy and very delicious recipe that everyone should try.

Ingredients

  • - Spread the coating over the entire mold, covering the sides, sprinkle the ground pistachios over the cake, then place the mold in the freezer for at least 8 hours.

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the Nutella with the cream; spread about a teaspoon of the mixture onto a biscuit.
  2. Place another biscuit on top and repeat the process, stacking biscuits one on top of another to make stacks of about 6.
  3. Make several biscuit stacks.... In the serving dish, spread about a tablespoon of the Nutella mixture, then place the biscuit stacks in the dish and spread a layer of the Nutella mixture over them.
  4. Place new biscuit stacks to make a second layer.
  5. Fill the gaps between the stacks with the chocolate mixture.
  6. Spread the coating over the entire mold, covering the sides, sprinkle the ground pistachios over the cake, then place the mold in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
