Ingredients

- 3 eggs at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 can Qimar cream (thick cream)
- 1 cup mashed dates, soaked in 1 cup boiling water for 30 minutes
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Beat the eggs and sugar for two minutes, then add the vanilla, oil, cream and the soaked dates purée and continue beating
- Add the flour, cardamom, cinnamon and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and mix well
- Place the batter in a pan greased with tahini or butter and dusted with flour ..
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for fifty minutes or according to your oven's strength
- When the cake has cooled to room temperature, decorate it with ready-made caramel sauce and serve
