Tender date cake with caramel sauce — an easy recipe with incredible flavor

Ingredients:

3 eggs at room temperature 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup oil 1 can Qimar cream (thick cream) 1 cup mashed dates, soaked in 1 cup boiling water for 30 minutes a pinch of salt 1 tsp ground cardamom 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) 1 tbsp vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour

Method:

Beat the eggs and sugar for 2 minutes, then add the vanilla, oil, cream, and the soaked dates and continue beating.
Add the flour, cardamom, cinnamon, and baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and mix well.
Pour the batter into a pan greased with tahini or butter and dusted with flour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 50 minutes, or adjust according to your oven.
When the cake has cooled to room temperature, top it with ready-made caramel sauce and serve.
