- 5 tablespoons za'atar
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon "dakkat al-ka'ak"
- 1 cup room-temperature water
Method
