  • 2 tablespoons yeast\r\n a pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk powder\r\n1/2 cup oil\r\n1/2 cup warm milk\r\n2 cups warm water

  • Warm the warm milk with sugar and yeast and 3 tablespoons flour in a deep bowl and mix well. Cover with a cloth and let sit for about 15 minutes.

Method

  1. Put the warm milk with the sugar, yeast, and 3 tablespoons of flour in a deep bowl and mix well. Cover them with a cloth and let sit for about a quarter of an hour.
  2. Then add the flour, a pinch of salt, and powdered milk and mix well, then add the oil and knead for a while. Also add the oil and knead a little more, then add the yeast, milk, and water mixture and knead the ingredients together.
  3. You will get a soft dough that is slightly sticky; let it rest for half an hour.... After the required time, shape the dough into balls and roll them on sesame mixed with bran.
  4. Let the dough balls rest for about half an hour, then put them in a preheated oven and bake until they brown.
