Ingredients

- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 level tsp baking soda
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the yogurt and baking soda to the bananas, stir and set aside.
- In a second bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil and whisk well with a whisk or handheld mixer until the sugar dissolves.
- In a third bowl sift the flour and add the cinnamon, baking powder and salt, then mix.
- Begin mixing the sugar mixture with the bananas and beat with a whisk, then gradually add the flour and stir.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Pour the batter into a pan greased with butter and dusted with flour.
- Put the pan in the oven and bake for a full hour at medium temperature; place it on the middle rack and monitor.
- Remove it from the oven and let it cool well at room temperature before serving.
