Shrimp with Vegetables and Cream

- cleaned shrimp
- oil
- two onions, sliced into wedges
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- carrot, chopped
- mushrooms, chopped
- a pinch of white pepper
- a pinch of black pepper
- seasoning with chicken bouillon cube flavor
- a pinch of sweet spice
- salt
- 3 tablespoons flour
- two cups water
- bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup cream

- 2 cups rice, soaked for 15 minutes in room-temperature water
- vegetable oil
- salt to taste
- water according to the type of rice (1 1/2 to 2 cups for each cup of rice)

- In a pot, add the oil and let it heat slightly, then add the drained and washed rice.

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Sauté the cleaned, washed, and drained shrimp with a little oil until it changes color and its water evaporates.
- Then add the onion and garlic and stir until softened.
- Add the carrot, mushrooms, spices, and salt and stir a little.
- Add the flour and stir until it absorbs the oil, then pour in the water, stir, and let the water come to a boil.
- Reduce the heat, and when the carrot is cooked, add the bell pepper and let them boil a little as well.
- Finally, add the cream and let the shrimp with vegetables and cream boil together for 5 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat.Timers: 5 min
- Serve it alongside white rice.
- When the water boils, reduce the heat and cover the pot.
- Leave the rice for about 20 minutes to cook.Timers: 20 min
- Stir gently for a few minutes, then add the water and salt and stir gently.
