Sausage and Mozzarella Pastries

Ingredients

- Dough for all pastries
- 500 g sausage
- 500 g grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced into rounds
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Cut the sausage into small rounds and cook over medium heat until done.
- Roll the dough into a long shape and sprinkle with grated mozzarella, then add some pieces of sausage and two or three pitted olive slices. Fold the edges to form a boat shape or any shape you prefer.
- Lightly grease a baking tray with oil, place the pastries on it, then brush the tops with vegetable oil.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and nigella (black cumin) seeds on top.
- Bake the sausage and mozzarella pastries at high temperature for about 10 minutes, or adjust according to your oven.Timers: 10 min
