Ingredients

- 1 medium cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon seven-spice blend
- 1 teaspoon finely ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried coriander
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup flour
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 eggs

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Cut the cauliflower and boil it in water until tender, then drain it well and place it in a bowl and mash it.
- Add the spices, flour, eggs, garlic, parsley, onion, and flour to the boiled and mashed cauliflower and mix well.
- Using a spoon, shape the cauliflower mixture and the rest of the ingredients into patties, then fry them in plenty of hot oil, turning them on both sides until cooked through.
- When the cauliflower fritters are golden on both sides, remove them from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain.
- Serve the cauliflower fritters with green salad for a complete meal.
