Omelet Frittata
A delicious, easy, and quick way to prepare a frittata or omelet. Egg frittata is always a welcome dish on the breakfast table, and it is rich in many health benefits.
Ingredients

- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons white flour
- 1/4 bunch fresh parsley
- 1/4 bunch fresh mint
- 1/4 bunch green onions
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Method

- Beat the eggs well for 5 minutes. Add salt, mixed spices, and cinnamon—quantities to taste.Timers: 5 min
- Then add finely chopped parsley, mint, and finely chopped green onions; whisk until the mixture is uniform.
- In a wide skillet over the heat, add olive oil or vegetable oil as preferred and available, pour in the egg-and-vegetable mixture, and leave the pan over low heat until the eggs are fully cooked.
- Finally, add mozzarella cheese and remove the frittata from the heat.
