Ingredients

- 1 kilo green beans
- 1/2 kilo meat, cut into small pieces, or bone-in meat as desired
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 head of garlic
- a bunch of fresh cilantro
- small can of tomato paste or equivalent to 2 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- hot chili powder to taste
- salt
- black pepper
- vegetable oil

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Trim the ends of the green beans, wash them, and let them drain.
- Finely dice the garlic and onion, and finely chop the cilantro.
- Place the garlic, onion, and cilantro in a pot over heat with three tablespoons of vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, and a pinch of meat spice, then stir.
- When they soften, add the meat and stir. Then cover the pot and leave it over medium to low heat.
- Continue stirring the meat occasionally until it browns and is almost cooked.
- Add the green beans and stir until they are half-cooked.
- Add the tomatoes, cut into quarters, along with the tomato paste and pomegranate molasses, then stir.
- Immediately after, cover the ingredients with hot water and leave the pot over high heat until it boils.
- After boiling, reduce the heat and let the green bean stew simmer for one hour over low heat.
- Serve the green bean stew with vermicelli rice.
