Ingredients

- Fish fillet
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- A pinch of cumin
- A pinch of turmeric
- Flour
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash the fish with salt, lemon, and vinegar, then rub it with a pinch of flour. Rinse it with water and drain well.
- Season the fillet with lemon, salt, and spices. Do not use too much so the taste of the fish remains prominent.
