Ingredients
- Salmon fillet (pin bones removed)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Honey
- Garlic (crushed)
- A little freshly grated ginger
- A pinch of black pepper
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Olive oil
- A pinch of chili flakes
- Rosemary

Method
- Wash the salmon well with vinegar, then with water, and dry it thoroughly
- Prepare the marinade: mix the crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, spices, ginger, and soy sauce
- Place the salmon in a nonstick pan with rosemary over the heat and a little crushed garlic; sauté them for about 10 minutes until the salmon absorbs the garlic and herb flavors and changes colorTimers: 10 min
- Add the marinade and baste the salmon with it from time to time... leave them on the stovetop over medium to low heat until the fish is cooked
- Place them in the oven and broil from above for about 5 minutes only until the fish takes on a shineTimers: 5 min
