How to Make Turkish Gozleme

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt
- Filling
- 500 g baby spinach, chopped
- 250 g feta cheese
- 250 g mozzarella cheese
- oil for brushing

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix all the dough ingredients together, add the water gradually, and knead until you have a soft dough
- Divide into large rounds or balls, roll each one out, place a little spinach and then feta and mozzarella, fold and seal into a crescent shape
- Seal the edges with a fork by pressing the dough edges together
- Place on a preheated skillet and brush the top with oil. When the bottom is browned, flip and brush the other side with oil
- When the second side is cooked, remove from the skillet and serve
