- 3 large fish fillet pieces or 4 small ones
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper or paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano or rosemary
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil or butter
- Flour
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix all the spices together, rub them onto the fish on both sides, and leave it for about two hours.
- Put the flour on a wide plate and coat the fish with flour on both sides.
- In a wide pan heat a little vegetable oil or butter; when hot, add the fish and reduce the heat to medium.
- When the fish lightens in color, flip it to the other side.
- Serve the grilled fish with salad and lemon slices, along with green salad and potato wedges.
