How to Make Bulgur with Tomatoes

A traditional, popular bulgur and tomato recipe. This beloved vegetarian dish can be served with yogurt and all kinds of green salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper paste
  • 1 1/2 cups coarse bulgur
  • Water as needed
