Green okra with meat, prepared in a healthy way and with an easy, tried-and-tested recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 kilo green okra
- 2 dry onions
- 1 head of garlic, about 7 cloves
- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- Sweet spice
- 500 g or half a kilo meat pieces
- Chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste (just one tablespoon, no more, so it does not turn too acidic)
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt

Method
- First, wash the okra very well and leave it in a colander until it dries well.
- Sauté the crushed garlic, and fry it in oil with onions.
- Add the meat pieces and fry them until cooked, then add the fresh coriander, sweet spice, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt...
