- Small amount of dried beans, soaked in water 6 hours before cooking
- 1/2 kilo small pieces of meat or bone-in meat
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- A head of garlic, about 7 cloves
- A bunch of fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- A pinch of black pepper
- Hot chili pepper, as desired
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method
- Chop the garlic, onion, and coriander and put them in a pot. Fry them in the vegetable oil with a chili pepper, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of meat spice, and one teaspoon ground cumin....
- Stir until the onion is nearly cooked, add the meat and stir, then cover the pot and let the meat cook on low heat.
- Place the beans over the meat with the tomatoes cut into quarters and the tomato sauce or paste, and cover the ingredients with hot water...
