- 1/2 cup white or red vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced, or 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Hot red pepper or chili, optional
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of ground cardamom, to taste
Method
- Put the garlic, oil, vinegar, spices, and salt in a bowl and mix well ..
- Add the meat pieces and leave them for at least 4 hours before cooking... you can also marinate them and leave them in the marinade from the previous day.Timers: 240 min
