Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce

- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- black pepper
- Shrimp
- oregano
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado with a spoon while keeping the skin intact.
- Mash the avocado with mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and a pinch of black pepper. Put the mixture into the avocado shell. Place boiled shrimp seasoned with black pepper and oregano on top of the sauce.
- Serve the shrimp with cocktail sauce as a cold appetizer.
