- 1 kilogram of flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons instant yeast
- 3 cups warm water
Method
- Knead the ingredients well for a quarter of an hour until they no longer stick to the hands. More flour can be added as needed. One kilogram of flour is approximately 4 and a half cups.
