- 1 cup fine bulgur
- half cup flour
- half cup water or less, just for kneading
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- a bunch of parsley
- a head of garlic (about 7 cloves)
- dried mint
Method
- Knead the mixture until a cohesive dough forms; roll into small rounds and poke a hole in the center to create a hollow.
