How to Make Rice and Chicken with White Sauce
A very practical and easy recipe for making chicken with rice and white sauce. This way of preparing chicken is a nice change from the usual everyday methods and may be a helpful way to encourage children to finish their plates.
Ingredients

- Basmati rice, soaked for 15 minutes in lukewarm water
- Chicken breasts
- Vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- Garlic

- 4 cups water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Yogurt

Method
