  • 4 cups sifted flour
  • 3 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mahleb
  • water as needed

Method

  1. Mix the dry ingredients until uniform, then knead well with the appropriate amount of water until you obtain a dough. Let it rest for one hour or more ...
  2. After the resting time, shape the dough into balls and fill them with Nutella. Place the Nutella-filled balls on a baking tray and let them rest for half an hour, then brush the tops with egg mixed with a little milk and vanilla.
  3. Bake the honeycomb pastry in a preheated oven at 180°C.
