Beef Steak with Pomegranate Molasses

Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon salt
- A pinch of sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- about 1 1/4 cups warm water or as needed
Method

- Rub the flour with the ingredients and add the warm water gradually until you get a cohesive, soft dough...
- Divide the dough into rounds and cover with a damp cloth for about one hour..
- Mix a little white flour and a little corn flour and use it to roll out the dough balls... Roll each piece until somewhat thin and cover again with the cloth ...
- Place a nonstick griddle over low heat and cook the flatbreads on both sides; do not brown them.. just for about 2 minutes or until they turn light... then cover the tortillas with a cloth so they do not harden and wrap them in a bread bag...Timers: 2 min
- Note: If corn flour is not available it can be replaced with white flour
