How to Make Alfredo Pizza

This homemade Alfredo pizza recipe is practical and very delicious. Make it to please the kids and the rest of the family.

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • Chicken breast, or more, skinless and boneless, cut into medium-thickness strips
  • Fresh mushrooms, cut into medium thickness, quantity as desired
  • 1 can cooking cream, 350 ml
  • 150 grams Parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese, quantity as desired
  • 2 large garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 small onion, finely minced
  • Olive oil
  • A pinch of white pepper
  • Chicken stock cube
  • Method for the dough

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onion first until softened, then add the garlic, then the chicken.... Stir the mixture until the chicken is cooked over low heat, then add the fresh mushrooms...
  2. Continue stirring the mixture until the mushrooms soften slightly, then add the cream. When it starts to boil, add the chicken stock cube, then the Parmesan cheese, then the white pepper, and let the mixture simmer until it becomes thick. Let it cool before spreading it over the dough.... Then top with mozzarella and place the pizza in the oven until the bottom of the crust is browned, then brown the top slightly..
  3. Soft Dough
  4. 2 cups warm full-fat milk
  5. 1 tablespoon sugar
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons instant yeast
  7. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  8. 1/2 cup full-fat yogurt
  9. 6 cups sifted white flour
  10. 1/2 cup olive oil
  11. A pinch of salt
  12. Mix the warm milk with the yeast and sugar very well using a hand whisk... and let the mixture rest for five minutes.
  13. After the required time has passed, add the yogurt and 2 cups of flour. Mix well and cover with plastic wrap, then with a thick cloth, for 10 minutes...

  14. Then add the olive oil, the salt, and the remaining 4 cups of sifted flour, and knead the mixture well until you have a smooth, cohesive dough.
  15. You may need a little more or less flour depending on what the dough needs to become smooth... Coat it with oil and cover it well with plastic wrap, then with a thick cloth, for about one hour.
  16. After shaping the dough into large pizza rounds, cover it with a clean cloth suitable for baking and let it rest for 15 minutes before baking.
