  • 200 grams butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup fine sugar
  • 2 cups sifted white flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Shape the dough as desired and bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C... leave it in the oven for only 10 minutes so it doesn't become hard.
  • Chocolate ganache ingredients and method:
  • 250 grams fresh cream
  • 1 chocolate bar
  • Bring the cream to a boil, then add the chocolate and whisk well until you obtain a smooth, thick mixture.

  1. Beat the sugar with the butter until you have a mixture like cream...
  2. Add the flour and sifted cocoa with a spoon of baking powder... continue beating, then also add the egg and the spoon of oil..
  3. You will get a smooth, soft dough, and the method and order of adding the ingredients as mentioned above is what will give the petits fours the desired taste and texture...
  4. Shape the dough as desired and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees... leave it in the oven for only 10 minutes so it does not become hard.
