Ingredients:

200 g butter, at room temperature

1 cup fine sugar

2 cups sifted white flour

1/2 cup cocoa

Vanilla

1 egg

1 tablespoon oil

Preparation:

Beat the sugar with the butter until you have a mixture like cream...

Add the flour and sifted cocoa with a spoon of baking powder... continue beating, then also add the egg and the spoon of oil..

You will get a smooth, soft dough, and the method and order of adding the ingredients as mentioned above is what will give the petits fours the desired taste and texture...

Shape the dough as desired and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees... leave it in the oven for only 10 minutes so it does not become hard.

When the petits fours have cooled, fill them with chocolate and decorate as desired. You can also dip them in chocolate ganache sauce.

250 g fresh cream

1 chocolate bar

Boil the cream, then add the chocolate and whisk well until you get a smooth, thick mixture.
