Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup fine sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa

Method

  1. Place the dry ingredients first, then mix them with the peanut butter... rub the ingredients well together, then add the orange juice and oil and mix to obtain a dough similar to sablé petit four dough but with a firmer consistency...
  2. Shape the dough as desired into circles, balls, or any other shape, and set aside to rest for about 5 minutes
    Timers: 5 min
  3. Place the cookie tray in the preheated oven but bake at a low temperature of about 140°C
  4. When the cookies take on some color, turn off the heat but leave the tray inside the oven
  5. Leave the tray in the oven for a while, then remove it and set it aside until the cookies are completely cool before serving
