  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 carton fresh whipping cream

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Place the milk on the heat until it boils, then reduce the heat and add the juice of the lemon.
  2. When the milk separates and you obtain curd-like pieces on the surface, pour the mixture into a strainer to remove the remaining liquid from the milk.
  3. Set it aside to cool, then add the fresh whipping cream and mix well.
