Coconut Balls
Coconut balls — with only a few ingredients you get a delightful coconut-flavored treat. Easy, quick and economical, these melt in the mouth and are loved by all.
Coconut balls — very tasty and extremely easy
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 can (400 g) sweetened condensed milk (Nestlé)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp butter
- pinch of vanilla
- extra shredded coconut for coating

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put the butter in a pan over the heat until it melts, then add the sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup desiccated coconut, and a pinch of vanilla and stir until the mixture is combined.
- Leave the mixture on the heat, stirring continuously, for about 10 to 15 minutes, taking care that it does not burn or stick to the pan.Timers: 15 min
- When the mixture thickens, transfer it to a plate and leave it to cool to room temperature.
- When it has cooled, grease your hands with a little butter so the mixture does not stick while shaping, then form into balls.
- Coat the coconut balls with shredded coconut as well, and serve them cold.
- You can store the coconut balls in the fridge.
