Ingredients

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (large), about 397 g
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (about 40 g)
- Almonds with skins, roughly chopped
- 30 g butter
- Coatings, as desired

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the condensed milk with the cocoa while cold until well combined.
- Add the butter and place over the heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Turn off the heat, add the crushed almonds, and mix.
- Pour the mixture into a dish and cover it.
- After it cools to room temperature, put it in the fridge to chill well for at least four hours or longer as needed.
- After that time, shape the pudding into rounds or truffles.
- Coat or dip them as desired—for example, in desiccated coconut, vermicelli sprinkles, grated chocolate, or crushed pistachios... You can also leave the almond pudding truffles uncoated, according to your preference.
- Arrange them on a plate and keep them in the fridge until serving.
