Tomato Soup with Rice and Chicken
There's nothing tastier than a comforting soup on cold winter days. Tomato soup with chicken is one of the most nourishing soups, especially when you're sick or under the weather. Try this non-traditional version—we hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients

- Half chicken breast, cut
- 4 chicken wing pieces
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 cardamom pods
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup rice, washed and drained
Method

- Fry the washed and cleaned pieces of chicken in the butter until well browned.
- Pour water over the chicken pieces, add the salt, bay leaves, and cardamom pods, and let the chicken boil and simmer well for about an hour.
- Remove the bay leaves and cardamom pods from the chicken. Add the rice and let it cook; then add the tomato paste and let the ingredients boil together for an additional 10 minutes.Timers: 10 min
